			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I guess it all sneaked on a bit at a time with the birht of each child and the coming of time and less activity but I have about 55 pounds to lose and that is if I allow for tone up lean muscles.</p>
<p>I plan, Lord willing, to lose one to two pounds a week with walking and two days a week doing weights for the large muscle groups.  I am completely cutting out junk foods till the weight is gone and then only partaking rarely.  I intend to eat fresh, close to the way God made it, minimal processing.</p>
