What is natural health? I suppose my definition is how your body would be if you ate food that was as close to the way it comes when it is mature and harvested. Minimal processing including: light steaming, fermenting, aging, water bath canning, freezing, etc.
I have learned that natural health is what you enjoy when you avoid commercially processed food stuffs. I am not a fanatic about it, though, because I like certain “processed” foods, like:
brownies – made with real butter and whole wheat flour, farm fresh eggs, vanilla extract
cheesecake – made with cream cheese if I can’t get my pima cream made
dilly beans – I love anything pickled!
an occasional soda like Coke (I know, it has killer white in it as well as phosphoric acid) but I did say occasional

I love to use herbs!
