- Herbs are God’s intelligent medicine!
I began to dabble in using herbs for my family’s health years ago when my family doctor told me that as the mother of my children, I was the best person to know how to care for their health.
From that time on I began to really pay attention to my children’s health: what needed doctor visits and what could just be treated at home with herbs or simple remedies.
I admit at first it was a bit scary learning to trust my “gut” and time honored herbal remedies, but time after time my kids got through everything from croup and colds to pneumonia (only after a doctor visit, mind you) and ear infections, I was a firm believer in natural healing methods.
I will share from time to time what has worked for us.
