My daughter number three, Becca, has challenged me to do a detox with her over the coming winter break. She needs it and I really could use it, too. So we have become accountability partners.
Here is what we plan to do:
- For the next four days we are eating only raw fruit and veggies. I will use a light dressing made of ACV and a touch of olive oil/flax oil with herbs.
- We will drink plenty of fresh well water and herb teas.
- ON Monday, the 17th, we will go to just fruit and vegetable juices. I will add Perfect food by Garden of Life to “fill in the blanks”.
- I am also doing interval training to help ramp up my metabolism.
I will keep you up to date with the progress as well as any modifications to the cleanse as we go along.
